Clear reference materials should be provided (character design, composition, pose, scene, color palette, mood, etc.)

I have the right to decline a commission if I don't feel comfortable with the request or see myself fit for it.

As the commissioner, you receive non-commercial usage rights to the commissioned artwork. Posting the artwork with artist credit is appreciated.

As the artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork, including – but not limited to – the right to display my work on my social media and portfolio or use it for other self-promotional purposes.

Please inform me if you'd like to keep your commission private and I won't post it online or use it to promote myself.

Your payment is the only profit I make from the commissioned artwork. I will not use the artwork for any other commercial purpose in the future, including reselling usage rights of the artwork or selling prints of it.

I DO NOT allow using my artwork for any Artificial Intelligent (AI) drawing programs, including – but not limited to – using my artwork to train AI models, using AI to create derivative works of my artwork, or using my work in progress to create a complete illustration. If you violate this term, you will accept possible penalties accordingly.

I accept payment through PayPal only.

We will discuss the details based on your commission request and agree on an exact price.

I will inform you when I can start working on your order and request your payment upfront.

For orders less than $200, I will ask for 100% of the amount upfront. The sketching process will start once I receive the full payment.

For orders equal to or greater than $200, I will have the option for you to pay half upfront. The other half can be paid after I finish your commissioned artwork. I will send you the final high-resolution file after I have received the full payment.

If I’m unable to do your commission, I’ll fully refund you. Otherwise, no refunds.

I work best under no deadlines.

My estimated time of completion is from 1 to 4 weeks or more, depending on the waiting list, the complexity of your commission, and my personal schedule.

I'll contact you if I have your commission finished sooner than estimated, or notify you if there's any delay on my part.

I'll send periodic updates and ask for your revisions. Your feedbacks are very welcome. You can ask for minor changes 5 times in the entire process. I'll charge extra for any significant changes from what we have previously discussed and agreed on.

Final JPEG/PNG files will be sent to you via email. No physical product will be delivered.

My standard file size is A4, 300dpi. If you want the final file in A3 for better print quality, please let me know before I start and add 15% to the total price.
